Saturday, September 21, 4-9pm

Join in the 11th annual NeoRio outdoor contemporary art and community event! This year, artists and collaborators explore Universal Elements from both scientific and philosophical perspectives. The theme coincides with the United Nations’ “International Year of the Periodic Table of Elements” and the 150th anniversary of the discovery of the Periodic System. Discover unique art installations along the rim of the Rio Grande gorge; explore family-friendly activities; take in the afternoon “Elemental” concert; and enjoy a delicious, farm-to-table feast, music, artist talks, evening campfire and more. Featured artists are Cynthia Moku (Boulder, CO), Sarah Parker (Questa), Laurianne Fiorentino (Santa Fe) plus other local and regional projects, including “Questa Stories” and LEAP’s hands-on “Elements: Intersecting Art and Science”. The combination of a sublime setting, experimental art and community celebration makes for a fun and unique event!
