NeoRio

Confluence of Art and Environments

NeoRio is an annual public symposium and rendezvous of artists, scholars and youth celebrating themes of the natural world. Events take place outdoors at the Wild Rivers Recreation Area, and at OCHO in Questa, New Mexico. Created as a platform for innovative artists, NeoRio provides opportunities for cross-pollination between artists, scholars in other fields, conservationists, and members of the public interested in protecting and celebrating our wild lands and waters. Hosted by the Bureau of Land Management’s Taos Field Office, NeoRio is organized by us, LEAP (Land, Experience and Art of Place), in collaboration with Wild Earth Studio, Wild Rivers Recreation Area Staff and supported by our partners, New Mexico Wilderness Alliance, the Village of Questa and others.
